While very grainy and scratched, this is a fairly interesting photo.  Here we see TS second 1 understeam at the WP Stockton Roundhouse, coupled to of the road's steam derricks.  Whether this was just a chance arrangement or the 1 spot is actually going to haul the crane somewhere is unknown.

The photo is labeled as having been taken in 1948, a year AFTER second 1 was reportedly scrapped.  This is likely an error and various details, mainly the pilot, date this photo to the late 1930's.  In all likelihood it was probably taken in 1938, rather than 10 years later.
